Meal Prep
Do you want chef-prepared meals ready to heat up at your convenience?
HOW IT WORKS

After discussing your basic culinary needs with your chef during your free consultation, customers will fill out a food preference form. Your chef will keep this form on file to make future menu creation a breeze.
Your chef will then schedule a visit to your kitchen to assess the kitchen equipment, storage containers, counter space, etc. We recommend that the customer purchase high-quality heat-proof containers for heating and storing the meals.
Once you decide on a weekly service date, your chef will email you a copy of the proposed menu for your review and make any modifications as needed. Once you have approved your menu, your chef will arrive and prepare the meals in your home on the scheduled cook date. He will leave the kitchen clean, and sanitized and all the food properly stored and labeled. You will also receive a copy of the menu with re-heating instructions so you can enjoy your meals whenever you are ready.

Are you looking to feature a multi-course meal for a dinner party or celebration?
HOW IT WORKS

After discussing your basic culinary needs with your chef during your free consultation, customers can make a deposit ($200) that holds their cook date selection (this deposit comes off the total bill). Next, they fill out a food preference/kitchen equipment form. Your chef will keep this form on file to make future bookings a breeze.

Your chef will email you a copy of the proposed menu for your review and make any modifications as needed. Once you have approved your menu, your chef will schedule a time to prepare the meal in your home and present it to your guests. Customers can sit back and enjoy professionally prepared and plated custom dishes in the comfort of their homes.
